  • Insomnia can be treated with a warm bath, add some aromatic relaxing oils and lay in the tub for as long as you like, this will calm you and help you go to sleep.
  • A well known remedy for insomnia is to drink a cup of warm milk before bed time.
  • Mix apple cider vinegar and honey and eat when you can't sleep.
  • Drink warm eucalyptus tea in small sips. Try to relax.
  • Chamomile tea is also known to be relaxing and effective when you can't go to sleep.
  • When you go to sleep take a few deep breaths and take the air out very slowly.
