- Alcohol is a good remedy to treat herpes, dip a cotton ball in alcohol and apply on the herpes to make it go away, you can also use vodka.
- Garlic can be helpful to reduce the size of herpes, cut 1 clove and put on the herpes.
- Black coffee is known to be very effective for the itch and help to cure the problem. Take 1 tablespoon of black coffee, add 6 tablespoons of hot water, stir well and apply on the herpes.
- Mix olive oil, bee wax and lavender, warm a bit and apply.
- Aloe Vera is also a good remedy for the itch and pain.
